How is a wall mural priced?
The customer chooses Light / Cartoon at $18 per sq. ft., Medium Detail at $30 per sq. ft., or Realism at $45 per sq. ft. The estimator then automatically adds surface preparation, paint and materials, access equipment, location-based travel, qualifying discounts, estimated tax, and deposit.
Do you paint commercial and residential murals?
Yes. Commercial work can include branded interiors, exterior walls, restaurants, offices, schools, photo walls, and public-facing spaces. Residential work can include bedrooms, nurseries, garages, patios, pool areas, game rooms, and feature walls.
What wall materials can be painted?
Common surfaces include prepared drywall, brick, concrete block, stucco, wood, metal, and exterior masonry. The wall must be inspected because moisture, loose paint, cracks, grease, chalking, or major repairs can affect preparation and warranty terms.
Are paint and materials included?
Yes. Paint and materials are always calculated automatically from the mural type, wall size, surface, interior or exterior setting, and location. Final specialty coatings are confirmed after site review.
What happens when a lift or scaffold is needed?
The estimator automatically adds the appropriate access-equipment and delivery allowance based on wall height, wall count, mural type, and project location. Final equipment requirements are confirmed after site review.
Can a commercial customer request insurance information?
Yes. The customer should provide its vendor, insurance-limit, and additional-insured requirements before scheduling so documentation needs can be reviewed and included in the project plan.
How much deposit is required?
The planning estimator automatically calculates a 35% suggested deposit. The final agreement may divide payments among design approval, scheduling, materials, project milestones, and final completion.
Can I receive a detailed PDF estimate?
Yes. Complete the estimator and select Download Customer PDF. On supported mobile devices, Share PDF can attach the proposal to an email, text, or another sharing app.
Are discounts available?
The estimator automatically applies 10% for School / Nonprofit projects and an additional 5% for qualifying multi-wall projects, up to 15%. Any other promotional savings must be approved in the final written proposal.
Is the calculator a final contract?
No. It is a planning estimate. A final written scope should confirm measurements, selected mural style, preparation, materials, access equipment, travel, schedule, exclusions, payment terms, tax treatment, insurance requirements, and customer approval.
