Send the largest original version you have. Transparent PNG files are especially useful when the background should be removed.

These can be useful as references, but they may not contain enough detail for clean production.
A common print target at final physical size. Increasing the DPI number alone does not restore detail that is missing from a small image.
Useful when a design needs to sit cleanly on a shirt, banner or other background without a white box.
Print pieces that run to the edge usually need extra artwork beyond the trim line so cutting does not leave white edges.
Screen colors and printed colors can differ. Production method, substrate and inks all affect final appearance.
Send font files only when licensing allows, or convert approved lettering to outlines/paths for final production artwork.
The original camera/export/design file is usually better than an image saved from a text message or social platform.
