What the calculator is accounting for.
Indoor and outdoor material allowances are separated because exterior work usually requires different paint and weather-resistance planning.
The first 25 estimated miles from Pensacola are included, then the calculator adds a configurable travel allowance.
Ground level and ladder access have no rental allowance. Scaffolding and lift selections add a planning allowance that can be replaced with the actual rental quote.
The result shows 50% of the discounted planning total so the client can budget for the expected project-start deposit.
