Information you provide

When you use a contact, event, mural estimate, checkout or custom-project form, the site may collect the information you enter such as your name, email, phone number, project details, measurements and uploaded reference images.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, prepare estimates, manage orders or projects, improve the website and keep necessary business records. Uploaded files are used to understand the project you asked about.

Email marketing

Marketing email is optional. People are added to the marketing list only when consent is recorded, such as through the newsletter signup or an administrator-confirmed import. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses are kept on a suppression list so they are not silently re-added. Transactional messages about an active request, estimate or order are handled separately from marketing subscriptions.

Analytics and search tools

If analytics or search-verification services are enabled by the site administrator, those services may receive standard website usage or verification information according to their own policies.

Advertising and payment services

If third-party payment or advertising services are connected later, their own privacy terms will apply to information processed directly by those providers.
